  1. Provide high-quality occupational health services to employees, including health assessments, screenings, and treatments.
  2. Develop and implement health programs and initiatives to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  3. Conduct health education and training sessions for employees on a variety of topics, such as disease prevention and workplace safety.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for employees.
  5. Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  6. Evaluate and manage workplace hazards and potential health risks, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
  8. Provide support and guidance to employees with work-related injuries or illnesses, including coordinating care and facilitating return-to-work plans.
  9. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in occupational health.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes employee health and well-being.
  11. Serve as a resource for management and employees on all matters related to occupational health.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as government agencies and healthcare providers, to ensure compliance and promote a healthy workplace.
  13. Stay current on all necessary certifications and licenses, and maintain a high level of expertise in occupational health practices.
  14. Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, including employees, managers, and executives.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of Bristol-Myers Squibb while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Certification As A Nurse Practitioner With Specialization In Occupational Health.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Occupational Health.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Workplace Health And Safety Regulations And Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Health Assessments And Developing Treatment Plans For Work-Related Injuries And Illnesses.
