  1. Assist in the development and optimization of molecular assays for drug discovery and development projects.
  2. Conduct research and gather data to support assay development and validation.
  3. Perform laboratory experiments and analyze results to support assay optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to assay development.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and technologies in molecular biology and apply them to assay development.
  8. Assist in the preparation and review of technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  9. Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving assay development processes.
  11. Support other team members as needed and collaborate on projects.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to provide updates on project progress.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all aspects of work.
  14. Continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the field of molecular biology.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Molecular Assay Development Techniques, Including Pcr, Sequencing, And Protein Analysis.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation Using Software Such As Excel Or R.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
