  1. Serve as the primary scientific expert for Bristol-Myers Squibb's dermatology products.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
  3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
  4. Deliver presentations and educational programs to healthcare professionals on the science, clinical data, and therapeutic benefits of our products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute strategic plans for our dermatology products.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in the field of dermatology and incorporate this knowledge into interactions with healthcare professionals.
  7. Manage and respond to medical inquiries and requests for information from healthcare professionals.
  8. Attend and participate in medical conferences, symposiums, and other scientific meetings to represent Bristol-Myers Squibb and our dermatology products.
  9. Provide support for clinical trials and research studies related to our dermatology products.
  10. Serve as a liaison between healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on our products.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and ensure all interactions with healthcare professionals are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies.
  12. Continuously evaluate and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and tactics.
  13. Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources for healthcare professionals.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance scientific and product knowledge.
  15. Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Biology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In Dermatology Or Related Therapeutic Area.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Drug Development Process.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dermatology Disease States And Treatment Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
