In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and providing scientific expertise and education on our CAR-T therapy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the biopharmaceutical industry, a deep understanding of immunology and oncology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology and hematology.
  2. Provide scientific expertise and education on CAR-T therapy to KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in immunology and oncology, especially in the context of CAR-T therapy.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, representing the company's scientific and medical objectives.
  5. Participate in medical conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events to promote awareness and understanding of the company's CAR-T therapy.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical development, to support the successful launch and commercialization of CAR-T therapy.
  7. Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
  8. Identify and communicate potential opportunities or challenges in the field of oncology that may impact the company's CAR-T therapy.
  9. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends related to CAR-T therapy.
  10. Comply with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including adverse event reporting and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd, Md, Pharmd)

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Car-T Therapy

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Car-T Therapy, Including Clinical Development, Regulatory Landscape, And Current Market Landscape

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To Various Stakeholders

  • Demonstrated Experience Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Opinion Leaders And Other Key Stakeholders In The Medical Community.
