  1. Receive incoming materials and products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections of received materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Label, store, and organize materials in designated areas according to company procedures.
  4. Utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to transport materials to appropriate locations.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  6. Prepare and package materials for shipment to other facilities or customers.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling and storing materials.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  9. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in the annual physical inventory count.
  10. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Follow all company procedures and guidelines for material handling, including proper use of equipment and following safety protocols.
  12. Identify process improvements and suggest solutions for streamlining material handling procedures.
  13. Train new employees on material handling processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of company products and processes.
