As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials used in our CAR-T production process.   1. Receive incoming materials and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all shipments.
  2. Inspect materials for damage, discrepancies, and expiration dates.
  3. Safely and efficiently store materials in designated areas within the warehouse.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper rotation of materials.
  5. Prepare materials for distribution to various departments and production areas.
  6. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
  9. Communicate any issues or concerns with materials to the appropriate teams.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of material handling.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality and compliance.
  12. Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of GMP compliance.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Previous Experience In Warehouse Operations, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Setting

  • Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Warehouse Safety Protocols

  • Ability To Operate Forklifts And Other Material Handling Equipment

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills To Accurately Track And Manage Inventory Levels
