  1. Lead a team of statistical programmers in the development and implementation of statistical analysis plans for clinical trials.

  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting statistical results and data to non-technical audiences.
  9. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for statistical programming activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
  10. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and cross-functional partnerships.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on statistical programming, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to statistical programming, identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency and quality enhancement.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events, showcasing the company's expertise and promoting its reputation as a leader in statistical programming.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Overseeing A Team Of Programmers.

  • Proficiency In Sas Programming And Other Statistical Software Tools Commonly Used In The Industry.
