  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all research applications and systems, ensuring their smooth functioning and timely resolution of any technical issues.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance the performance and functionality of research applications.
  3. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for all research applications, ensuring that they are met and exceeded.
  4. Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the support and maintenance of research applications, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of research applications to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including research teams, to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
  8. Monitor and manage application performance and availability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and user manuals, for all research applications and systems.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and improve research application support processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Managerial Role In A Research It Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Research It Systems And Applications, Including Experience With Data Management, Data Analysis, And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing A Team And Driving Successful Outcomes In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining It Systems And Applications, As Well As Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements To Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness.
