  1. Lead a team of associates in the production of life-saving cell therapies.
  2. Create and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency.
  3. Train and mentor team members to ensure high quality and consistent production.
  4. Oversee and monitor the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  5. Troubleshoot any production issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow.
  6. Communicate with other departments, such as quality control and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
  8. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or techniques.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process improvements.
  12. Prepare and present reports on production status and performance to management.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote a productive and supportive work environment.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, at all times.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biotechnology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cgmp Manufacturing Environment, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Expertise In Cell Therapy Manufacturing Processes, Including Aseptic Techniques, Cell Culture, And Cryopreservation.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Other Relevant Regulatory Requirements For Manufacturing Cell Therapies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Departments.
