  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all Bristol-Myers Squibb immune-oncology products, their uses, and competitive landscape.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  4. Act as a product expert and provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the benefits and appropriate use of our immune-oncology products.
  5. Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and discussions with healthcare professionals to promote the value and efficacy of our products.
  6. Utilize customer relationship management systems to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve sales performance.
  7. Attend and represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to increase brand awareness and network with potential customers.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer engagement.
  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training, mentorship, and self-directed learning.
