  1. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity within the CAR-T Manufacturing team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze areas for process optimization and cost reduction.
  3. Conduct time studies and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in current manufacturing processes.
  4. Participate in the design and layout of production lines and equipment to maximize space utilization and optimize workflow.
  5. Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
  6. Assist in the validation of new manufacturing equipment and processes.
  7. Collect and analyze data on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
  8. Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation within the CAR-T Manufacturing team.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all project work and results.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  11. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cell therapy manufacturing.
  13. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.
