  1. Develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies for immunology therapies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in the healthcare and reimbursement landscape, and provide recommendations for adapting strategies accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless execution of access and reimbursement strategies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups, to support access and reimbursement efforts.
  5. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential barriers to patient access and develop solutions to overcome them.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations, policies, and guidelines related to access and reimbursement for immunology therapies.
  7. Educate internal and external stakeholders on access and reimbursement processes and procedures, including coding, coverage, and payment.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for access and reimbursement initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanded access and reimbursement for immunology therapies.
  10. Track and report on key performance indicators related to access and reimbursement, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  11. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in access and reimbursement.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on access and reimbursement for immunology therapies, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of access and reimbursement efforts.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to access and reimbursement for immunology therapies.
  15. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to inform access and reimbursement strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Access And Reimbursement Strategies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Understanding Of Payer And Reimbursement Systems, Government Regulations, And Healthcare Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Payers, Providers, And Patient Advocacy Groups.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Access And Reimbursement Strategies, Including Proven Ability To Negotiate And Secure Coverage For New Products.
