  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job postings, and manage the recruitment process.
  3. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Act as a resource for employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
  5. Support managers in addressing employee performance issues and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
  6. Facilitate employee development and training initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
  11. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues before they escalate.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to identify potential areas for improvement.
  14. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Generalist Or Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience In Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Training And Development.
