- Develop and maintain HR analytics strategy and roadmap to support business objectives and drive data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to identify key business questions and provide strategic insights using data and analytics.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large, complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct ongoing analyses to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data science to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR analytics and provide guidance and support to HR teams on data-related projects.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analyses and insights.
- Uphold data privacy and security protocols to maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
