  8. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the neuroscience programs, staying at the forefront of scientific advancements.
  9. Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and drive results.
  10. Represent the company and its neuroscience programs at conferences, meetings, and other industry events.
  11. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the neuroscience team.
  12. Stay up-to-date on regulatory and compliance requirements related to neuroscience programs and ensure adherence.
