  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and timely communication.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  4. Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and project management.
  5. Coordinate and organize company events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
  6. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts that may arise.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and company developments to provide informed support.
  11. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline administrative processes to maximize efficiency.
  13. Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Senior Executives And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Reporting.
