Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Food Science, Culinary Arts, Or Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recipe Development And Analysis Within A Food Manufacturing Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Strong Understanding Of Food Regulations And Industry Standards, Including Fda And Usda Guidelines.
Experience With Recipe Formulation Software And Other Food Production Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
