  1. Develop and implement business continuity strategies to ensure the resilience and continuity of operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Lead and manage a team to effectively implement business continuity plans and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  4. Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans and procedures, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  7. Communicate and educate employees on business continuity policies, procedures, and expectations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure alignment and coordination in the event of disruption.
  9. Coordinate and conduct regular business continuity drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of plans and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure compliance with business continuity regulations.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business continuity planning and management.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting on business continuity activities and results to senior management.
  13. Act as a point of contact for business continuity incidents, guiding the response and recovery efforts.
  14. Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business continuity capabilities.
  15. Foster a culture of preparedness and resiliency within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Or Crisis Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Information Technology, Or Related Field, With Advanced Degree Or Certification In Business Continuity Or Risk Management Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Continuity Plans And Programs, Including Conducting Risk Assessments And Business Impact Analyses.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Business Continuity, Including Fda Regulations And Iso 22301.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Ensure Business Continuity Readiness And Response.
