  1. Develop and implement clinical trial strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for study teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor and analyze study data to identify potential risks and make proactive recommendations for mitigation.
  6. Lead study meetings and provide regular updates to senior management on trial progress and key milestones.
  7. Manage trial budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, and negotiate contracts with external vendors.
  8. Participate in the selection and management of CROs and other external partners.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior clinical trial staff.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical research and implement them into trial operations.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as medical affairs and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful trial outcomes.
  12. Communicate effectively with study sites to ensure timely enrollment and high-quality data collection.
  13. Continuously evaluate processes, systems, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of trial activities and provide regular updates to trial databases.
  15. Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality throughout the trial process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Clinical Trial Protocols, Data Management, And Reporting.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
