  1. Lead the development and implementation of clinical research strategies for the neuroscience portfolio.
  2. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the field of neuroscience and incorporate them into project plans.
  3. Provide scientific expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs.
  4. Design and oversee clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with external partners and investigators to identify potential sites and foster productive relationships.
  7. Contribute to the development of protocols, study documents, and other regulatory submissions.
  8. Monitor and manage the progress of clinical trials, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in clinical research.
  10. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  11. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and regulatory authorities.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
  13. Act as a liaison between the clinical team and other departments within the organization.
  14. Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  15. Contribute to the development of publications and presentations for scientific conferences and journals.
  16. Represent the company and its neuroscience portfolio at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  17. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality in clinical research.
  18. Uphold a culture of scientific excellence and promote a patient-centric approach in all activities.
  19. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on scientific and clinical matters.
  20. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and data integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Neuroscience Or A Related Field (E.g. Pharmacology, Biology, Etc.).

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Execution, As Well As Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
