We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Development Lead to join our Neuroscience team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the clinical development strategy and execution for our neuroscience portfolio.   1. Develop and implement the clinical development strategy for our neuroscience portfolio.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of clinical development activities, including study design, protocol development, and regulatory submissions.
  3. Oversee the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocol, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment and integration of clinical development plans.
  5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks in clinical development plans and provide solutions to address potential issues.
  6. Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, including investigators, CROs, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for study modifications if necessary.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of clinical trial data to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Keep abreast of industry developments and trends in neuroscience and incorporate relevant advancements into the clinical development strategy.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  11. Contribute to the development of departmental processes and SOPs to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Represent the company at scientific conferences and regulatory meetings as needed.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on neuroscience and provide guidance to other teams within the company.
  14. Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of clinical development.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and innovation in clinical development to improve the lives of patients with serious diseases.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Neuroscience, Pharmacology Or Medicine.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Development And/Or Research In The Field Of Neuroscience.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Management Of Clinical Trials, Including Study Design, Protocol Development, And Regulatory Submissions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda And International Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials In The Neuroscience Therapeutic Area.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
