- Manage and analyze clinical data to support the development of life-changing treatments.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all clinical data.
- Develop and maintain data management plans and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct quality control checks on data and provide regular updates to project teams.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers to create analysis datasets and generate tables, listings, and figures.
- Participate in protocol review meetings and provide input on data management considerations.
- Develop data validation and data review plans to ensure high-quality data output.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards related to clinical data management.
- Provide mentorship and training to new team members on data management procedures.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of data management activities.
- Adhere to timelines and deadlines for data management deliverables.
- Support the preparation of study-related documents, such as data management plans, data transfer specifications, and data validation plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new data management systems and tools.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or challenges that may impact data quality or project timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on data management activities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the clinical trial by ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of clinical data.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Data Management.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Data Management Principles, Processes, And Regulations.
Proficiency In Using Clinical Data Management Systems And Software, Such As Medidata Rave Or Oracle Inform.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
