Job Description

Bristol-Myers Squibb is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Clinical Account Management Internship program. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.The Clinical Account Management Intern will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives within our Clinical Account Management Department. This individual will have the chance to gain valuable insight into the workings of a major pharmaceutical company and to apply their knowledge in a professional setting. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an understanding of clinical account management principles; and the ability to think critically and strategically. In addition, the successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of clinical account management principles
  2. Assist in the management of client accounts, including managing data, preparing reports, and researching industry trends
  3. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery
  5. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management
  6. Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
  7. Develop strategies to optimize client performance
  8. Provide assistance with the preparation of presentations and other materials
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  10. Participate in team meetings and other training opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry and organizational developments
