  1. Develop and lead analytical programs for cell therapy products to support the development and commercialization of innovative medicines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and timely execution of analytical programs.
  3. Lead and manage a team of analytical scientists to execute analytical programs and method transfers.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to advance analytical programs and method transfers.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on analytical methodologies and techniques.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful transfer of analytical methods to internal and external partners.
  7. Oversee analytical method development, validation, and transfer activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Ensure timely completion of analytical program milestones and deliverables.
  9. Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and methodologies.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytical sciences, and apply knowledge to enhance analytical programs and processes.
  11. Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development and growth.
  12. Communicate analytical program updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cell Therapy Analytical Methods: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Cell Therapy Analytical Methods, Including Flow Cytometry, Elisa, Qpcr, And Other Relevant Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Due To The Highly Regulated Nature Of The Cell Therapy Industry, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements, Such As Fda And Ema Guidelines.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Cell Therapy Analytical Program & Method Transfer Lead Involves Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Method Transfer: As The Job Title Suggests, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Method Transfer, Specifically In The Context Of Cell Therapy Products. This Includes Developing And Validating Analytical Methods And Transferring Them To Other Sites Or Cmos.
