Bristol-Myers Squibb is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Associate (Pharma) to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts within the pharma industry, driving growth and hunting for new opportunities. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, think strategically, and be comfortable with frequent interaction with key stakeholders.We are looking for a creative self-starter with a passion for business development and a strong knowledge of the pharma sector. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of business growth plans within the pharma industry
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  3. Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
  6. Monitor business performance and recommend strategies for improvement
  7. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
  8. Lead customer research projects to identify and evaluate target markets and potential partners
  9. Prepare and negotiate contracts with partners
  10. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of business development efforts
