We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate, QC Analytical to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our cell therapy products through analytical testing. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in cell biology, biochemistry, or related field, who is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives.   1. Conduct analytical testing on cell therapy products to ensure quality and integrity.
  2. Utilize various analytical techniques and instrumentation to perform testing, including but not limited to flow cytometry, PCR, and ELISA.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and results.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.
  5. Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while performing testing.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, process development, and manufacturing to support product development and process improvement.
  7. Participate in method development and validation activities.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytical techniques.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and superiors.
  12. Participate in training and mentorship of new employees.
  13. Assist with audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Qc Analytical Role, Preferably In A Cell Therapy Or Biopharmaceutical Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements, Such As Fda Guidelines And Gmp Standards.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques Commonly Used In Cell Therapy, Such As Flow Cytometry, Elisa, And Pcr.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Document And Report Data.
