  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive the commercial success of our thoracic oncology portfolio in the US market.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, market access, and global marketing to align on key initiatives and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  6. Drive the development and execution of promotional campaigns and materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  9. Represent the company and its products at key industry conferences and events, and build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders.
  10. Act as a key liaison between the US marketing team and global marketing, providing input on US market needs and ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  11. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Product Marketing, With A Focus On Oncology.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Us Market For Thoracic Oncology, Including Key Competitors And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies For Oncology Products.
