  1. Develop and implement comprehensive media and communications strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders.
  3. Manage and oversee all media relations activities, including media inquiries, press releases, and media events.
  4. Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on media and communications issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to senior leadership on key trends and developments.
  6. Identify and proactively manage potential media issues and crises.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for media and communications initiatives.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in media relations and communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  10. Direct and manage a team of media relations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  11. Oversee the budget for media and communications activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and messaging.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, consistently upholding the company's values and promoting its mission to transform patients' lives.
  14. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to support media and communication initiatives.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the media and communications team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Media Relations And Corporate Communications, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Media Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Changing Media Landscape And Ability To Adapt Strategies Accordingly.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
