  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and quality assurance operations, including audits, inspections, and document management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest level of quality.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential quality issues.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all quality-related documentation and reports.
  9. Participate in the development and execution of training programs to educate employees on quality and compliance requirements.
  10. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Chemistry, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Operations Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gxp Principles.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team In A Quality Assurance Operations Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Sound Decisions To Ensure Compliance And Continuous Improvement Of Quality Systems.
