- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and quality assurance operations, including audits, inspections, and document management.

- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Chemistry, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Operations Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Expert Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gxp Principles.
Proven Leadership Skills, With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team In A Quality Assurance Operations Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Sound Decisions To Ensure Compliance And Continuous Improvement Of Quality Systems.
