- Develop and implement preclinical QSP strategies for the evaluation and optimization of our immunotherapy drug candidates.
- Utilize your expertise in immunoscience to design and execute experiments that elucidate the mechanism of action and efficacy of our drug candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate preclinical QSP findings into overall drug development strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of scientists to ensure timely and high-quality execution of preclinical studies.
- Analyze and interpret preclinical data to identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations for next steps in drug development.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents and support interactions with regulatory agencies.
- Stay current with the latest advancements and developments in QSP and immunoscience fields to inform and improve drug development strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and academic collaborators to enhance our understanding of QSP and immunoscience and identify potential opportunities for collaborations.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide QSP expertise and support decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of new QSP methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of drug development.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb in scientific conferences and meetings to showcase our preclinical QSP capabilities and findings.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve preclinical QSP processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on preclinical QSP findings and contribute to decision-making.
Advanced Degree In Immunology, Pharmacology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Preclinical Immunoscience Research, With A Focus On Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (Qsp).
Extensive Knowledge Of Immunology Pathways, Mechanisms Of Action, And Drug Development Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Preclinical Immunoscience Projects.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Qsp Modeling And Simulation To Guide Decision-Making And Optimize Drug Development Strategies.
