- Develop and implement a strategic procurement plan for talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for talent acquisition and contingent workforce needs, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and hiring managers, to understand talent needs and develop a sourcing strategy to attract top talent.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of procurement strategies and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, and make recommendations for implementing new strategies and processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new contingent workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all vendor and supplier contracts are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on procurement processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of procurement strategies and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential vendors and suppliers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the procurement process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of services provided.
- Act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition and contingent workforce management, providing expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Talent Acquisition, And Contingent Workforce Management.
Experience In A Leadership Role, With Proven Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Vendor Management.
Knowledge Of Best Practices In Talent Acquisition And Contingent Workforce Management, Including Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.
