  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure patients have access to Bristol-Myers Squibb's medicines, including working with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of professionals responsible for providing patient access support services.
  3. Monitor and analyze data related to patient access and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any barriers to patient access.
  5. Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and policies related to patient access.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to patient access and support services.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and insurance companies.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for patient access support services.
  9. Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and trainings related to patient access and support services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve patient access support services processes and procedures.
  11. Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at conferences and events related to patient access and support services.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding any questions or concerns related to patient access.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure patient access support services align with company goals and objectives.
  15. Uphold Bristol-Myers Squibb's mission and values in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Patient Access Support Services In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team And Implementing Strategic Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
