- Develop and implement strategies to ensure patients have access to Bristol-Myers Squibb's medicines, including working with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage a team of professionals responsible for providing patient access support services.
- Monitor and analyze data related to patient access and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any barriers to patient access.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, regulations, and policies related to patient access.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to patient access and support services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and insurance companies.
- Develop and manage budgets for patient access support services.
- Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and trainings related to patient access and support services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve patient access support services processes and procedures.
- Represent Bristol-Myers Squibb at conferences and events related to patient access and support services.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding any questions or concerns related to patient access.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure patient access support services align with company goals and objectives.
- Uphold Bristol-Myers Squibb's mission and values in all interactions and activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Patient Access Support Services In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team And Implementing Strategic Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
