  • Develop and implement global outsourcing strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential external partners, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to support the company's outsourcing needs
  • Lead and manage a team of outsourcing managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration with external partners
  • Monitor and track the performance of external partners, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of external partners' processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to outsourcing, and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outsourcing activities with business objectives and priorities
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of outsourced projects, including budget, timelines, and performance metrics
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in outsourcing management to drive innovation and efficiency within the company's outsourcing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Outsourcing Management And Vendor Relationship Management In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Vendor Relationships And Delivering Cost Savings And Efficiencies.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Outsourcing.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
