- Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies to promote and highlight Bristol-Myers Squibb's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure diversity and inclusion messaging is integrated into all internal and external communications.
- Create and manage content for various communication channels, including internal newsletters, social media, and company website, to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and events.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion issues, providing guidance and support to leadership and teams across the company.
- Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs for employees at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion communications, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to share best practices and engage in collaborative efforts to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop and lead employee resource groups and other diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
- Track and report on key metrics related to diversity and inclusion efforts, and use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of communication strategies.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Bristol-Myers Squibb on diversity and inclusion topics, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, With A Focus On Diversity And Inclusion.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Best Practices And Trends In Diversity And Inclusion Communications.
Proven Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans To Support Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate To Diverse Audiences.
