  • Develop and lead comprehensive communication strategies to promote and highlight Bristol-Myers Squibb's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure diversity and inclusion messaging is integrated into all internal and external communications.
  • Create and manage content for various communication channels, including internal newsletters, social media, and company website, to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and events.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion issues, providing guidance and support to leadership and teams across the company.
  • Partner with Human Resources to develop and implement diversity and inclusion training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion communications, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to share best practices and engage in collaborative efforts to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop and lead employee resource groups and other diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to diversity and inclusion efforts, and use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of communication strategies.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Bristol-Myers Squibb on diversity and inclusion topics, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, With A Focus On Diversity And Inclusion.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Best Practices And Trends In Diversity And Inclusion Communications.

  • Proven Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Communication Plans To Support Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate To Diverse Audiences.
