  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive external engagement strategy for GxP compliance at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, industry associations, and key opinion leaders.
  3. Monitor and analyze regulatory trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry to inform the external engagement strategy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of external engagement activities with company goals and objectives.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on GxP compliance and provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify potential issues and risks related to GxP compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Represent the company at external events and conferences related to GxP compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain a network of external experts to support GxP compliance initiatives.
  9. Lead and manage a team of GxP external engagement professionals, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance GxP compliance.
  11. Prepare reports and presentations on external engagement activities and their impact on the company's overall GxP compliance strategy.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to external engagement.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the external engagement strategy to keep pace with the evolving GxP compliance landscape.
  14. Represent the company's values and culture in all external engagement activities.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Biopharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Gxp Regulations And External Engagement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ema.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team And Drive Successful Collaborations With External Partners.
