  1. Oversee the global supply chain operations for Bristol-Myers Squibb, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of life-saving medicines to patients.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.
  6. Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure the availability and quality of materials and services.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and processes to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
  8. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, proactively implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  10. Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the supply chain team, promoting a continuous learning mindset and encouraging new ideas and approaches.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences, building and maintaining strong relationships with industry peers and stakeholders.
  14. Stay true to the company's mission and values, promoting a patient-centric approach and contributing to the overall success of Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Global Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Supply Chain Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices And Industry Trends, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
