  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance external partnerships and relationships.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including healthcare organizations, patient advocacy groups, and government agencies.
  4. Represent the company at external events, conferences, and meetings.
  5. Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
  6. Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

  8. Maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape.
  9. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on external affairs strategies.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and partnership management.
  11. Keep track of key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
  12. Continuously seek out new opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  15. Stay informed about industry and healthcare trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  16. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may impact external partnerships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In External Affairs, Public Relations, Or Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Regulatory And Legal Environment In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Such As Media, Advocacy Groups, And Government Officials.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.
