  1. Provide strategic insights and analysis on the drug development portfolio to support decision making at all levels of the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business opportunities and risks within the drug development portfolio.
  3. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools to track and communicate portfolio performance metrics and trends.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats within the industry.
  5. Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership.
  6. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform portfolio strategy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including research and development teams, commercial teams, and external partners, to understand and anticipate portfolio needs.
  8. Lead the development of portfolio management processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective decision making.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance portfolio management and reporting capabilities.
  10. Mentor and manage a team of portfolio management analysts to support the overall portfolio management function.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to drug development and portfolio management.
  12. Contribute to the development and execution of the drug development strategy by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on portfolio analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Life Sciences, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Drug Development Or Project/Portfolio Management In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Drug Development Process, Including Clinical Trials, Regulatory Requirements, And Commercialization Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With The Ability To Drive Alignment And Decision-Making Among Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Insights From Complex Data To Inform Decision-Making And Drive Portfolio Optimization.
