  1. Oversee the management of clinical data for all compounds in our portfolio, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  2. Lead and develop a team of clinical data management professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality work and employee engagement.
  3. Develop and implement data management strategies, processes, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for data management issues and inquiries, both internally and externally with partners and vendors.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing, to ensure seamless data flow and integration throughout the clinical development process.
  6. Conduct ongoing quality control checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and data management plans to guide clinical data management activities.
  8. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in clinical data management, and incorporate new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of clinical databases and data transfer specifications.
  10. Represent the company in audits and regulatory inspections related to clinical data management.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to data management, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  13. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the data management team.
  15. Drive the company's commitment to improving patient outcomes by ensuring the highest quality of clinical data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Clinical Data Management, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Excellent Understanding Of Clinical Trial Data And Its Management, Including Experience With Various Data Management Systems And Tools.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Ich-Gcp And Cdisc Standards, And Experience With Fda Submissions.
