  1. Develop and implement analytical strategies for biologics development programs to support decision-making and drive success of products.
  2. Utilize expertise in biologics analytics to analyze data and provide recommendations for product development and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of analytics strategies.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on biologics analytics and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of analysts to effectively execute analytical projects and deliver high-quality results.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance analytical capabilities.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in biologics development through data analysis and interpretation.
  8. Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical processes and methodologies.
  9. Communicate and present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies related to biologics analytics.
  11. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance biologics analytics capabilities.
  12. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture within the biologics analytics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Or A Related Field: The Associate Director, Biologics Analytics Position At Bristol-Myers Squibb Requires A Strong Foundation In Scientific Principles And Techniques. A Minimum Of A Master's Degree, But Preferably A Phd, In A Relevant Field Is Necessary For This Role.

  • Extensive Experience In Biologics Analytics: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience Working In Biologics Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In The Field. They Should Be Well-Versed In A Variety Of Analytical Techniques, Such As Hplc, Elisa, And Sds-Page.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Key Member Of The Biologics Analytics Team, The Associate Director Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Relevant Guidelines And Regulations, Such As Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Scientists And Technicians. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, With A Demonstrated Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Associate Director, Biologics Analytics Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Research And Development, Quality Control, And Regulatory Affairs. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
