
Account Development Manager
At Bristol-Myers Squibb, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As the Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth in our key customer accounts. We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills who is committed to building successful customer relationships and driving key initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales. You should also be able to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing key customer accounts. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.The Account Development Manager will be a self-starter with the ability to think and act strategically while working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to quickly develop a deep understanding of our customer needs and develop creative solutions to meet them.
