- Greet and welcome potential interns to the 2026 Summer Internship at BMS Foundation.
- Communicate the goals and objectives of the internship program and the BMS Foundation.
- Identify and recruit ambitious and driven graduate students to join the team.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their academic background, communication skills, and passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Coordinate and organize the onboarding process for selected interns.
- Assign meaningful projects to interns based on their skills and interests.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to interns throughout their internship experience.
- Encourage collaboration and networking among interns and with top professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Monitor and evaluate intern performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for interns to thrive in.
- Represent the BMS Foundation and its mission to transform patient lives to interns and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the internship program and make suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for interns and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Support the BMS Foundation in achieving its goals and objectives by engaging and empowering interns to make a real impact on global health.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0.
Currently Enrolled In A Graduate Program In A Relevant Field Such As Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Public Health.
Demonstrated Interest And Knowledge In The Pharmaceutical Industry And Its Role In Healthcare.
Prior Research Or Internship Experience In A Related Field Is Preferred.
