Responsible for general office oversight, major museum events, financial reporting support, coordinating meetings, assist Business Manager as needed. The position is also responsible for scheduling of student employees, and other administrative projects as identified. Verify and updating necessary office information and reports as needed. Process student hiring/terminations. Submit student building access requests. Maintain student employee lists. Schedule Staff and Executive Committee Meetings. General Office Duties.
