Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple systems, sources, and personnel to detect threats or potential threats. Determine security violations, detect unusual situations, identifiy hazardous conditions, and predict traffic congestion problems. Identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights for potential security threats. Records and tracks all requests for service using CAD (computer-aided dispatch) software. Enter, update, and retrieve confidential information from a variety of computer and records systems. Responsible to maintain other certifications in accordance to department policy. Receives and process non-emergency calls and provide accurate and pertinent information to the public in accordance with high standards of customer satisfaction.
