
Records and Office Specialist
The Records and Office Specialist oversees the university’s legal document management system, maintains other Office of the General Counsel (OGC) records, and attends to the information technology needs of the office. Serve as the primary administrator for legal document and task management system (iManage). Establish and maintain intake procedures for new matters. Train attorneys and staff on the use of the document management system. Develop, implement, and update document management/matter management and design. Assist with overall technology plan and policies for the office (security, devices, system compatibility, etc.). Provide input as to hardware and software systems and budget to support communication, information, and work product needs.
Experience in a legal or similar professional office setting
Outstanding technical skills of written communication
