Analyst - Technical Accounting

Provides technical accounting guidance and support where necessary. At times, this may include revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), business combinations (ASC 805), among other accounting topics. Research new accounting guidance from the FASB, IASB, SEC and other regulatory bodies, including evaluating the impact of new guidance on the Company’s financial statements. Prepare and maintain the purchase price allocation files. Draft technical accounting memos and policies. Perform month-end closing analysis and reporting. Participate in monthly review calls with Division Controllers, manage follow-up items list for Corp Acct. Assist in the Coordination of the Company’s annual audit including liaising with Division Controllers and external auditors. Run consolidation and general ledger system reports.
