
Working Capital & Cash Manager
Manage the working capital and cash performance of the Americas integrated business, including performing independent analysis, challenging the business and driving changes to optimize cash delivery. Responsible for the in-year and long-term performance management of working-capital & cash-flow forecast and cash delivery. Monitor integrated performance, challenge and recommend interventions to mitigate financial risk around working capital and cash Develop sustainable working-capital improvement programs and implement with the relevant stakeholders/business. Provide assurance around cash & working capital categorization, ensure compliance to existing control frameworks and policies, and develop guidance. Provide insightful and timely analysis of both actual and forecast information. Enforce and ensure silent running delivery of regional monthly, quarterly and yearly cash targets Independent understanding of working capital and cash performance and challenge to identify business and financial mitigations to improve in-year cash performance.
6+ years of related experience
Good knowledge of cash and working capital reporting concepts, drivers, performance management techniques, tools and metrics
Ability to leverage data and analytical techniques to develop insights and facilitate understanding & decision-making
Strong business background and experience; oil industry experience
