Extensive Experience In Logistics: A Senior Specialist In Logistics Process & Systems At Bp Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Fields. This Experience Should Include Both Hands-On Operational Experience As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Logistics Processes And Systems.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems Related To Logistics Processes And Systems. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Analysis And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Systems And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Other Similar Software. They Should Also Have Experience In Configuring And Customizing These Systems To Meet The Specific Needs Of The Logistics Department.
Project Management Skills: As A Senior Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects Related To Logistics Processes And Systems.
