- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of pressure systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining the integrity and reliability of pressure systems.
- Lead and oversee a team of engineers and technicians responsible for pressure systems integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and operations, to identify and address any issues with pressure systems.
- Monitor and analyze data from pressure systems to identify potential risks and recommend preventative measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans for pressure systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in pressure systems integrity to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality of pressure system components and materials.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in pressure systems integrity and safety protocols.
- Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on pressure systems integrity and recommend any necessary actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pressure systems, including inspection reports, maintenance schedules, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures related to pressure systems.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in pressure systems maintenance and operations.
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the pressure systems team and across the organization.
- Represent BP in industry conferences and events related to pressure systems integrity and safety.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Pressure Systems Integrity Management
Professional Engineering (Pe) License
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Pressure Systems, Such As Asme, Api, And Osha
Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Integrity Management Plans For Pressure Systems.
