  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures to ensure the company's operations are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and assess potential risks and identify areas for improvement in current compliance practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance standards are met in all areas of the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry standards and adapt compliance strategies accordingly.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify any areas for improvement.
  7. Provide training and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  8. Investigate and address any compliance issues or violations that may arise.
  9. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance-related activities.
  12. Continuously review and improve internal processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of compliance.
  14. Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity within the organization.
  15. Identify and implement best practices for compliance in the energy industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Laws, Such As Environmental, Safety, And Financial Compliance

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks
